TMZ has learned that “30 Rock” star Tracy Morgan was busted for drunk driving early this morning in New York. Police sources tell TMZ the comedian/actor was stopped at 4:38 AM in Manhattan after cops noticed he was driving erratically. According to the police report, Morgan “was unable to maintain a position in a lane of traffic.” Edison Alban, spokesperson for the Manhattan D.A.’s office, tells TMZ that Morgan told cops he was drinking beer at a club before he was pulled over. Morgan was taken to the 33rd Precinct and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired.

This is Morgan’s second drunk driving arrest. He’s currently on probation in Los Angeles for a D.U.I. conviction. The latest arrest could constitute a violation of Morgan’s probation and, as a result, he could face jail time in both L.A. and New York.Morgan’s rep was not immediately available for comment.

Aww, haha. I was just watching “Little Man” the other day. But what’s up with him drinking and driving, and getting caught while on probation??

Kevin Federline claims he is “America’s most hated man” following his split from pop princess Britney Spears. Federline made the statement during a performance at Hollywood’s House of Blues Wednesday night. Since the pair separated earlier this month, the 28-year-old has been vilified in the press as a gold-digging freeloader, capitalizing on his wife’s success and wealth. But a packed house turned out to see a resilient Federline perform tracks from his debut album, Playing with Fire.

After lashing out at his detractors — shouting from the stage, “Fuck the haters, fuck the media, fuck the paparazzi” — Federline adapted lyrics to one of his songs. When a member of his entourage asked onstage, “Why does America hate you?” he replied, “Maybe because I took their queen. I am America’s most hated.”

Okay, Kevin who? LOL. Two things wrong with that statement. (1) You have to be, I don’t know … somewhat “important” to be America’s most hated. And important, you are NOT! I mean really … who died and made you the president? (2) Since when has Britney Spears been our … “queen?” Kevin, your clock is ticking! Spit out more useless garbage before your time’s up! According to my watch, you have about 9 more minutes!! Poor guy…

Black leaders on Monday challenged the entertainment industry, including rap artists, actors and major studios, to stop use of the racial slur that triggered the Michael Richards scandal. The Rev. Jesse Jackson and others said they will meet with TV networks, film companies and musicians to discuss the “n-word.” Jackson also asked the public to not buy a DVD box set of the seventh season of the TV show “Seinfeld” that was released last week.

“We want to give our ancestors a present,” Jackson said at a news conference. “Dignity over degradation.” At the news conference, comedian Paul Mooney said he has used the “n-word” numerous times during stand-up performances but will no longer do so after watching Richards’ rant. “He’s my Dr. Phil,” the black comedian said. “He’s cured me.”

Asked about free-speech issues, Jackson said the word is “unprotected.” U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., charged that only situations such as the Richards incident turn mainstream media attention to issues involving the black community. “This is not simply about whether or not the black community forgives or forgets. This is about understanding that this is pervasive, that this happens in all of our institutions, one way or the other,” Waters said.

I can’t help but agree with this. I find myself using the word a lot in daily conversation, and the only way to stop people like Michael Richards from using it against us (the black community) is that we stop first. Monkey see, monkey do, right?

Actress Pamela Anderson has filed for divorce from her musician husband Kid Rock after less than four months of marriage, her publicist confirmed to TheShowbuzz.com. The couple were married July 29 on a yacht in St. Tropez. Then they tied the knot twice in August in a civil ceremony in Beverly Hills and at a honky tonk in Nashville. Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, filed a separate divorce petition, within an hour of Anderson’s, early Monday. Anderson reported their separation date as Nov. 21; Ritchie said it was Nov. 26. Both cited irreconcilable differences as the reason.

Tom Green has leaped to the defense of shamed comedian Michael Richards, insisting people should leave the former Seinfeld star in peace following his racist rant. Richards lost his cool during a stand-up routine at Los Angeles comedy club the Laugh Factory last Friday when two black audience members challenged him. He screamed at one of the men, “Fifty years ago we’d have you upside down with a fucking fork up your ass.” Although Green doesn’t condone Richards’ behavior, he’s convinced the tirade doesn’t make him a racist. The star writes on his blog,

“Unlike Mel Gibson, who probably does hold racist attitudes, I don’t think Michael Richards doesn’t like black people. I think he was just trying to say the craziest and most vile thing in that room he could possibly muster. And I think he dug deep, into the darkest corners of his mind, to say those evil things to those men. But he did it in a small room, in an exchange, during a performance, and it wasn’t meant for us. It was just meant for that room. So why don’t we just let them settle it? Let’s leave Michael Richards alone.”
