ON EBAY! After her appendix was removed, Lindsay Lohan was so worried it would be sold on eBay, she asked hospital staff if she could take it home. The actress was so convinced her body part might fall into the wrong hands, she put it in her freezer. Now Lindsay’s close friend Kimberly Stewart is trying to persuade her to sell her appendix anyway. “Kimberly thinks Lindsay should auction it for charity herself,” a source tells the National Enquirer magazine. Lindsay, 20, is currently being treated at the Wonderland Center rehab clinic so is probably mulling the idea over. And the sad part about it is people would actually buy that shit too…. If you can’t get it anywhere else, you can most definitely find it ON EBAY!

Isaiah Washington, who does the healing as a doctor on ”Grey’s Anatomy,” is the patient now. He’s in therapy for his use of an anti-gay slur against a castmate. ”With the support of my family and friends, I have begun counseling. I regard this as a necessary step toward understanding why I did what I did and making sure it never happens again,” Washington said in a statement Wednesday. ”I appreciate the fact that I have been given this opportunity and I remain committed to transforming my negative actions into positive results, personally and professionally.” Washington took a break from filming Tuesday to meet with gay rights activists and offer help in educating the public about the cruelty of such words, an offer the activists called sincere.
Whether Washington was receiving outpatient counseling or had entered a facility was not specified, and the statement did not indicate whether he would miss work on the show. Washington’s publicist, Kelly Mullens, declined to comment further. A call to ABC about the effect on production of the hit TV show was not immediately returned Wednesday. Series creator and executive producer Shonda Rhimes issued her own statement, at once criticizing Washington for his use of the word ”faggot” about co-star T.R. Knight and lauding Washington’s decision to seek help. ”I speak for all the executive producers here at ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ when I say that Isaiah Washington’s use of such a disturbing word was a shocking and dismaying event that insulted not only gays and lesbians everywhere, but anyone who has ever struggled for respect in a world that is not always accepting of difference,” Rhimes said. Halle Berry (the sexiest woman in her forties!! - in my eyes anyway) hired this Orange County painting company to aid in the remodeling of her kitchen by staining her cabinets (for $57,000). One would think, “Awesome! I get to work in Halle Berry’s house!” - but that’s not the case at all. According to a contract she made the workers sign, they are not allowed to speak to her, unless of course, she initiates the conversation, and you BETTER answer her then!! “Moesha” Star Brandy was recently involved in a fatal car crash that could very well be her fault? Brandy Norwood is an actress and Grammy Award-winning R&B singer who is probably best known for her starring roles in the sitcom Moesha and the 1997 version of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Brandy has also gone on to sell more than 18 million albums and singles in the US alone and 35 million albums and singles worldwide. TMZ.com has reportly talked with a witness who was driving directly behind the singer who said that Brandy repeatedly told them that the accident was all her fault.
In an exclusive conversation with the man driving directly behind Brandy at the time of her fateful crash, TMZ has learned that the singer repeatedly blamed herself at the scene of the accident.
“She got upset, talking about how it was all her fault … she didn’t stop, kept saying how she hit the lady,” says the witness.
He added, “Brandy walked in front of traffic, crossing the lanes of speeding cars, then she did it again. People were honking at her to get out of the road. She was obviously disoriented and highly upset.”
The witness also claims he tried to calm the hysterical singer, and even dished out some legal advice, saying he advised her to stop admitting guilt. He also consoled her by repeatedly saying “It was an accident.”
The witness also claims he went over to check on the woman in the Toyota, but couldn’t find a pulse.

The 2007 Academy Awards are near, and today was the official announcement for all nominees! Academy members from the various branches selected the nominees in their corresponding award categories, with the exception of the Animated Feature and Foreign Language Film categories, in which nominations were determined by vote of screening committees composed of members from several branches. All voting members are eligible to select the Best Picture nominees. Ballots were mailed to 5,830 voting members in late December and were returned directly to PricewaterhouseCoopers, the international accounting firm, for tabulation. She tells MTV, “I’ve always loved her and I’ve always wanted to work with her, and the song fits perfectly. It basically talks about two women - the same guy is trying to get at both of them but instead of them fighting, they’re saying, ‘He’s a beautiful liar, let’s not fight, let’s stick together. Forget him!’ I think it’s a great concept.”

WHILE BOARDING A PLANE! - Michael Vick, QuarterBack of the Atlanta Falcons, reluctantly surrendered a water bottle to security at Miami International Airport that contained a residue “closely associated with marijuana.” Police said today that no charges immediately were filed. The 26-year-old Atlanta Falcons quarterback entered an airport concourse Wednesday morning with the 20-ounce bottle. He eventually handed it over and boarded his flight to Atlanta. But his initial reluctance to turn over the bottle aroused suspicion among airport security screeners, a police report said. Two Transportation Security Administration screeners recognized the 6-foot, 215-pound Vick.
The bottle was found to have a hidden compartment that contained “a small amount of dark particulate and a pungent aroma closely associated with marijuana,” the report said. The compartment was hidden by the bottle’s label so that it appeared to be a full bottle of water when held upright, police said.
Police said the bottle was sent to the Miami-Dade County crime lab for analysis. It could be weeks before any decision is made on whether to file charges, said Detective Alvaro Zabaleta.
“We’ll do an analysis and see what it is. There’s no sense of urgency to it,” he said to. Vick did not immediately return a phone call early Thursday. “We plan to look into the matter and discuss it with Michael Vick before having any further comment,” Falcons spokesman Reggie Roberts said.

I’m really feeling this track produced by Karriem Riggins! It’s by Common [the best lyricist of all time in my opinion] and features Bilal and it will be on the “Smokin’ Aces” soundtrack, it has a very real message, it kinda of reminds me of Lauryn Hill’s ‘Final Hour‘ from off of her late 90’s album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill; that album along with that track was pure crack man! Yes, it is on heavy rotation as I type this right now, I am proud to say that I STILL own Lauryn’s albums both The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill and Lauryn Hill’s MTV Unplugged 2.0 album. I also have conjured up a quick sneek preview of Smokin’ Aces, which stars Common and Alicia Keys, that will be hitting theaters January 26th 2007!!!
