Bedstuy, Brooklyn, 1979 - A star is born … Deemi! True story about a young girl with a voice & dream that the harsh reality of life almost destroyed. Fate would not allow her to be a victim. She found hope through her music, transforming her words into a source of strength, using her experiences as the inspiration for her lyrics, becoming a survivor and inspiration to herself and others around her. No all star cast, no scripts, no budgets, no special effects. Just drugs & violence, sex & crying.
the video for “Give It To Me” is CRAAAAP! I don’t like it, I like the song, don’t like the video at all. It looks like some stock footage of the tour and most of it was shot in the trailer, it looks really low budget basically. I still love ‘em though, LOL. Also check out new video premieres from Beyoncé “Upgrade U” and “Beautiful Liar” after the cut, shit’s HOOOT!!!

Justin Timberlake » “Summer Love” (Radio Edit) » Download » (Full) » This is a radio edit of Justin Timberlake’s “Summer Love,” which is set to be the fourth single from FutureSex/LoveSounds. “Summer Love” was produced by Nate “Danjahandz” Hills, an upcoming record producer and protégé of Mr. Mosley (Timbaland), he was originated from Virginia Beach, Virginia and started on the keys and drums in his early teens. Well kudos to him cause that beat is fiyaaah!!!
Gwen Stefani » “4 In The Morning” (Radio Edit) » Download » (Full) » Here is also a radio edit, “4 In The Morning,” that will be the third single from Gwen Stefani’s album The Sweet Escape, it’s sweet, I like it! The lyrics are really solid kinda like Ciara’s “Promise.” CONTINUE READING
Our interview with Musiq Soulchild went pretty well today. He answered all of our questions, and he seems like a pretty honest and down-to-earth guy. Unfortunately, the software we use to record interviews kind of messed up on us and the audio is not synchronized. I will try my best to pull out some parts of the interview, but you won’t be able to able to hear the audio this time around. But the good news is that we isolated the problem, and we are positive that something like this won’t happen again in the future. But all is not lost! We are scheduled to do another interview with Musiq sometime after his album, “Luvanmusiq” drops in March, so I’m looking really forward to that!
Here is a live Dreamgirls performance from cast stars Jennifer Hudson, Beyoncé Knowles, Anika Noni Rose, and Keith Robinson at the 79th Annual Academy Awards, the medleys performed that night included “I Love You I Do,” “Listen,” and “Patience” all three songs nominated in the Best Original Song category. Darn it, I guess there was no “And I’m Telling You” by Jennifer Hudson that night *tear*, but GREAT performance, I enjoyed it!!
Musiq’s new video for Buddy has been out for a while now, but apparantly no one recorded it and put it up on the web. It is currently MIA on the youtube website! Luckily, my girl Amanda from Atlantic Records sent me the video and you guys can check it out after the jump.
Also, I am scheduled to interview Musiq Soulchild himself tomorrow afternoon, and if you guys have any questions of your own that you want me to throw in, let me know here. I can’t guarantee that I will be able to get them into the interview, but I will definitely try my best. Variety is always welcome! Remember, the VIDEO is after the jump below!
EDIT: Alright guys, the Musiq Soulchild Interview is complete, check it out HERE! CONTINUE READING
You know, my mom has always told me that if I don’t have ANYTHING nice to say, then DON’T say it AT ALL! So I’m just gonna leave it up to you guys to comment on this *clears throat* fantastic performance from the original Effie White - Jennifer Holliday. Enjoy! WARNING: The video below may cause extreme laughter, and is very painful to watch! Proceed with caution…

Well folks it is about that time again, the 2007 Oscars! I don’t know about you all but personally I myself can not wait, there will be so much to talk about come Oscar time, like who won what, who showed up looking an absolute H.A.M. and of course who won Best Dressed!! But all I know is my peeps Djimon Hounsou (Blood Diamonds), Eddie Murphy and Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls)better take home something or I’m going to be highly pissed, although some people did not believe Eddie Murphy should have been nominated in his category do to the fact of his erhmm ”Norbit“ movie being released RIGHT BEFORE OSCARS, concerned that it might interfere with his outstanding cinematic role in the boardway play, turned movie, Dreamgirls. Anywho, let us continue with this years 2007 Oscar nominees.
This is one of Beyoncé’s brand new spanish tracks that can be found off the deluxe edition of B’Day (due out April 3rd), “Amor Gitano,” [Gypsy Love] (?) which features Alejandro Fernandez. Sounds nice. Feeling a little espanol influencio, perhaps?
It’s been a while since you guys have heard from me hasn’t it? I would like to sincerely apologize for neglecting this site this past month. I have been through a lot through the month of February, and this site ended up being put on the backburner for a hot minute. But I just wanted to step in and let you guys know that yes, I am still alive! Lol. I know we missed a lot of celebrity gossip this month, from Usher Getting Engaged, to Britney Chopping Her Locks, and from Tim Hardaway Bashing Gays and erhm, “Showing His Ass,” to Foxy Brown Getting Arrested! Man, famous people are crazy as hell! LOL. Anyhow, I’m sure you guys were able to keep up with everything with the great sites listed on the left.
With all of that said, Think2wice will officially return in MARCH! I might post a few things between now and then, but then again, I might not. I’m not making any promises, but please know that the Think2wice you all know and love will be back in full effect on March 1st!! Thanks for sticking with us through all of this; Mike and I really appreciate it…
I like Ciara’s new video, “Like A Boy,” but I mean, I think the video should have showed more story line and a little less dancing, the video is kinda all over the place a bit but nonetheless fiyah! Good job CC!!
BEYONCE » ROBIN THICKE » REDMAN » JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE
Beyoncé » “World Wide Woman” » Download » (Full) » It is finally here “World Wide Woman,” I know a lot of peeps was lookin for this, this single is said to be included in Beyonce’s re-release of B’Day that will be out soon. I like it, but it isn’t all that great, I guess in a woman’s perspective it is relatable.
Robin Thicke » “Look At Me” » Download » (Full) » This is a bonus track off of the Deluxe Edition, The Evolution of Robin Thicke, that is now available. I love Robin Thicke and I think the track is just beautiful. My most favorite records done by him are “Love Jones,” “Ask Myself,” and “Lost Without You” which is is now at the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot R and B/Hip-Hop songs charts. Congrats Thicke. I was on Youtube and found this video of Beyonce, performing “Me, Myself, and I,” live at the Billboard Awards of 2003, I thought “hey! Why not use it as a Throwback…” I remember this performance vividly and seeing it again brought back more nostalgic memories of why this woman was and still is the baddest of the game. But yeah, I think this is the best performance of “Me, Myself and I” live by Beyonce in my opinion. Enjoy!
