Rapper Tony Yayo was arrested in New York City on Saturday afternoon and charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Though police wouldn’t identify the child or cite the specific incident which led to the G-Unit member’s arrest, Cynthia Reed and Game manager Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond claim that their 14-year-old son was assaulted by Yayo (real name Marvin Bernard) on March 20 as he was walking to the office of his father’s Czar Entertainment record label/management firm. Game used to be a member of G-Unit before they had a falling out in 2005, and there’s been an ongoing feud ever since. Yayo, 50 Cent and some of their associates allegedly spotted the boy wearing a Czar Entertainment sweatshirt when they were leaving the nearby offices of Violator Management, and confronted him without knowing that he was Rosemond’s son.
“As 50 was getting into his SUV, he hand signaled over to Yayo and his entourage to approach and harass the boy,” a source told AllHipHop.com. “After being interrogated for several minutes as to why he was wearing a Czar Entertainment sweatshirt, Yayo pushed the boy up against the wall.”
It’s alleged that Yayo also backhanded the boy and shouted several expletives directed toward Czar Entertainment. A source told MTV News that 50 Cent and other G-Unit members were detained and questioned by police, but authorities would neither confirm nor deny that report. Yayo was released on Saturday, according to Newsday. He has a lengthy history of legal problems and spent 2003 in prison for weapons possession. He was also reportedly involved in a disturbance before the February 2006 shooting death of Busta Rhymes’ bodyguard, Israel Ramirez. CONTINUE READING

Tragic model Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental drug overdose, according to Florida police. The 39-year-old was found dead in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on February 8 - five months after the death of her 20-year-old son Daniel in the Bahamas. Seminole Tribe Police Chief Charlie Tiger and Broward County, Florida Chief Medical Examiner Dr Joshua Perper announced results of the model’s autopsy in Dania, Florida at 10am local time this morning. Tiger said there was nothing to indicate foul play in her death and the case was now closed.
“We are convinced, based on an extensive review of the evidence, that this case is an accidental overdose with no other criminal element present. We have reviewed hundreds of hours of video, tape captured by the hotel security cameras and we found nothing unusual.” Tiger said a laptop belong to the model’s boyfriend Howard Stern similarly revealed “nothing to indicate any foul play.”
Perper said there was “no evidence of disease” in Smith’s body, but she had been feeling ill and had a high temperature prior to her collapse. He added he had searched numerous medical records and studied numerous bottles of medication in her possession, including Methadone, anti-anxiety and anti-depression medication. An investigation into Daniel’s death is scheduled to begin in the Bahamas tomorrow. Meanwhile, Smith’s partner Howard K. Stern, ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt are submitting DNA tests to determine which man is the father of the model’s six-month-old baby Dannielynn.

The supermodel left her last day of punishment with a bang, donning a no doubt punishingly expensive metallic silver sequined evening gown, accented with a chrome, cell-phone-retardant cinched waist. She worked that driveway like never before: no bag, no boots slung over her shoulder, perfect hair and makeup, pure diva-walk. What’s more, instead of the black Escalade that ferried her the previous four days, Naomi sped off in a silver Rolls-Royce, with a photographer right there to capture all the action. Her new man-friend/bag carrier was also in tow, but no one was looking at him. Sanitiation Department officials had no public objection to the defiant display, saying that what Campbell does the minute she walks out of the building is her business. The building, it goes without saying, will never be the same.

Anna Nicole Smith’s autopsy report is set to be released on Monday, following weeks of speculation over the star’s death. Brower County, Florida, medical examiner Joshua Pepper will release his findings at a press conference with Seminole Police chief Charlie Tiger. Pepper postponed the determination of the cause of the tragic model/actress’ death last month after police provided him with additional evidence, admitting at the time it would take his staff up to five weeks to determine how the star died. But Pepper admitted at the February press conference his initial autopsy had ruled out “any kind of physical injuries, such as blunt-forced trauma, gunshot wound, stab wounds or asphyxia” as a cause of death, but added he “saw something that looked a little bit unusual” in Smith’s heart. The former Playboy model was found dead in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on February 8.
I’m mad they’re holding a press conference to announce her autopsy results. If they know now, why not just tell us? No disrespect to Anna or her memory, but this thing has gone on long enough; this is all news outlets have been talking about for the past month…
Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson missed out on a lucrative corporate gig deal because her demands upset organizers. Hudson was slated to perform at coffee chain Starbucks’ annual shareholders meeting in Seattle, Washington, but the company bosses balked at her needs and pulled the plug on the show. According to website TMZ, the singer wanted five cars, hair and make-up artists, security, humidifiers and chicken wings all paid for as part of her deal. And when Starbucks Chairman Howard Schultz saw the rider list, he cancelled the show because he didn’t like the way the agent was dealing with his people. Sources claim Hudson knew nothing about the demands that were being made on her behalf.
Hmm, looks like someone needs to be on the hunt for a new agent! That’s some shady business right there…
It’s a shame that a group with so much potential would have to subject themselves to “gracing the cover” of a damn car magazine. Just when rumors of T.I. & Tiny breaking up surface, devastating news like this hits hard…
It is with great sadness that I have to be the bearer of such unfortunate news. However, I have received numerous emails, and phone calls from creditable sources of a very discerning nature. T.I.’s long time girlfriend and Baby’s mother, as well as former Xscape member — Tameka “Tiny†Cottle has allegedly miscarried their soon to be expecting bundle of joy. While the details are sketchy at the moment, what I can tell you is that she was roughly five months pregnant, and is currently recovering at an Atlanta hospital. Out of respect for the Hip-Hop couple I will not post which hospital Tiny is recovering at. Just know that she is enduring a lot right now and her privacy, here at SOHH.com, will be respected. Our hearts here at Sohh.com go out to Tiny, TI and their families. I will update everyone when more information is available.

Her 4th studio album, Big, which features guest appearences by Will.i.am (vocals, programming); Fergie , Natalie Cole (vocals) and Justin Timberlake (keyboards) will be releasing March 27. Now here are a few ripped tracks that I personally enjoyed myself starting with ‘Strange Behavior’ (lol) I was chuckling through the whole song. I could not help it, it’s real funny how she is so friggin BLUNT with it, and how she shot his ass - you have to listen! It is definitely some strange behavior in this whole bluesy karmic scenario she sings about on this record, LOL! Next is ‘Get Out’ featuring keyboard man Justin Timberlake, the rock anthem of the summer, snares, bass, cymbals - the percussion is out of this world good gawd! Then there’s ‘U Make Me’ featuring Floetry, another rock inspired record, with a heavy beat, you can bob your head to. Floetry was also a very nice touch to this one. And finally there’s ‘Shooby Doo’, yes, a very nice slow jam for you and your girl/ boy to rock to. Over all I give it a 3/5
A lot can change in 28 days, or so they say! After checking into the Promises rehab facility in Malibu, California a month ago from today (Feb 21), Britney Spears has officially been released. Upon her exit from Promises, Britney Spears’ manager, Larry Rudolph, told the world she had successfully completed her rehab program, and now she is asking for privacy while she rebuilds her life. Now, here’s the thing … the actual program for normal, non-Britney people is like 45 days. So the big question remains: Was 28 days long enough for Britney Spears to turn her life around? We’ll find out this weekend! *wink*
