Apr.06.2007 // Halle Berry Gets a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

My baby Halle Berry finally got herself a star! On Tuesday, April 3rd, she received the 2,333rd addition to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and folks like Samuel L. Jackson & her mom Judith Berry were there to congratulate her and celebrate this momentous occasion.

Halle Berry has an Emmy, a Golden Globe and an Oscar. Now she has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A teary-eyed Berry received the 2,333rd Walk of Fame star in a ceremony Tuesday in front of the Kodak Theatre. “I am so emotional … as soon as I saw the crowds of people and friends here, I started to cry,” she said.

All I have to say is it’s about damn time! Check out the photos of her emotional ass at the event. She even kissed the star! Haha, oh how I wish I was that piece of marble ;-)

Apr.05.2007 // Whitney & Bobby’s Divorce is FINAL!

 

Whitney Houston has been awarded custody of her daughter in her divorce from Bobby Brown. The I Will Always Love You singer’s divorce was approved by Judge Franz E Miller in California’s Orange County court and will be finalised on April 24. Whitney, 43, will have custody of 14-year-old Bobbi Christina, her daughter with 40-year-old R’n'B star Bobby. The singer dabbed her eyes with a tissue during the hearing and declined to comment on the proceedings as she left the courthouse.

Bobby’s lawyer said the My Prerogative singer will file a petition to overturn the judge’s decision. Whitney initially filed for legal separation from Bobby on September 8 last year and then followed with a divorce request in October. But on December 28, she requested a default judgment to fast-track the dissolution of the marriage. The couple married in 1992 when Whitney was at the height of her success. During their marriage Bobby has been arrested for drugs and alcohol related charges and Whitney has twice entered rehab to be treated for addiction to crack cocaine. Since their separation she has been recording a new album with J Records president Clive Davis in Los Angeles. Despite their split, Whitney and Bobby have been seen together on several occasions dining with their daughter.

Too bad ’cause I used to watch “Being Bobby Brown” every night on A&E … real talk! These two are funny as hell together! I think I’m gonna go on a hunger strike ’til these two get back together…. I wonder how she’s doing … Crazy ass!

I’m sorry but I just recently caught the I Love New York show, and to my surprise, Tango wins!? I thought she would have picked Chance since they clicked so well and I liked him better. With Tango, they had nothing in common, she made fun of his mother and all that shit– and he proposed to her, weren’t they in the house for like three weeks? That’s a pretty BIG step if you ask me… But anyway, I dont think she meant to say yes, she probably felt compelled to say it because the cameras were there. I am sure by the reunion she will be back single again, sorry but you know and I know, New York wasn’t all that excited about his proposal… Anyway, I wish both of them well… who knows! Beyonce dropped by NBC studios to grace “The Today Show” on Monday of this week. She was basically there to promote the re-release of her multiplatinum sophmore album “B’Day!” which released to stores on Tuesday of this week and is appropriately titled “B’Day - Deluxe Edition,” so make sure you BUY IT! There’s also a DVD Anthology that you can purchase only at Wal-Mart, but if you don’t live near a Wal-Mart, of course you can get it online .. duh! Hehe. Apr.05.2007 // Mel B Gives Birth to Baby Girl … on Eddie’s Birthday!

Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown welcomed a baby girl early Tuesday, PEOPLE has confirmed. Brown, 31, was taken to Saint John’s Hospital in Santa Monica at around 5.30 p.m. Monday and the baby was born just after midnight Tuesday, the rep said. The new arrival – who weighed in at 5 lb., 4 oz. – joins 8-year-old sister Phoenix Chi, Brown’s daughter with ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar.

“The baby is completely healthy with a good head of hair,” a rep for Brown said in a statement. Mother and baby are now resting. No name has been decided on as yet and she is purely known as Baby Brown.”

The paternity of the new baby, however, is in question. Brown has said her ex-boyfriend, Eddie Murphy – who shares a birthday with the infant and turned 46 on Tuesday – is the father, but he has questioned that claim.

“I don’t know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test,” Murphy said on a Dutch TV show in December when asked about impending fatherhood. “You shouldn’t jump to conclusions, sir.”

I am sure you all have heard the scandalous rumors going around about Aubrey O’Day’s (Danity Kane) falsified pregnancy with rap mogul Sean Combs aka Diddy, CEO of Bad Boy Entertainment, well Aubrey clears things up on her MySpace blog saying that the rumors are “completely untrue and ridiculous.” Here is the full message:

OFFICIAL MESSAGE FROM AUBREY: In light of the recent and quite absurd rumors of my pregnancy, I would like to state very clearly that I am not and have never been pregnant, nor has my relationship with Diddy been anything more than strictly professional. I am extremely thankful to be a part of Danity Kane and a Bad Boy artist and it is disappointing that one edited photo could challenge my integrity as an artist. These rumors should serve as another unfortunate reminder of how much influence the media can inflict on public opinion. I’d like to thank everyone for their support and for sticking with me through this.
