I recently came across some photos of Rihanna and Ne-Yo on the set of their brand new video, “Hate That I Love You.” The video was shot on August 13, 2007 in Santa Monica, California, and was directed by Anthony Mandler. It should be premiering on TV really soon, so definitely be on the look-out for it! It looks like it’s going to be a banger. Check out the rest of the flicks after the cut . . .

MASTER P & ROMEO - HIP HOP HISTORY // IN STORES TODAY!!
Romeo and Master P have a new album out today. HIP HOP HISTORY marks the first album Master P has ever done sans curse words in his rap lyrics! Why? He’s looking to “Take a Stand” - the name of his new record label - and clean up rap lyrics in general. In addition to the album, today marks the release of Romeo’s new book, “Guaranteed Success For Teens.” The title is pretty self explanatory.
I did an interview with these two a couple of weeks ago, but I have yet to post it due to a few technical difficulties with the audio. I’ll have it up by mid-week though! Master P had a lot to say about cleaning up the industry as far as rap lyrics go, and among other things, Romeo and I discussed his future in basketball and his latest business venture. What is with girls getting dry-humped on stage? Is it really that enjoyable? Anyhow, here are a few flicks of a concert thrown by Hot 97 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. “On Da Reggae Tip” featured appearances/performances from Collie Budz, Busta Rhymes, Shaggy, and of course (as you can see above) Chris Brown. Homegirl must have really enjoyed herself . . . she lost her shoe! Blogs have been having a field day with that particular photo. I just hope the girl was 18 LMAO. We wouldn’t want Chris to end up like Akon would we?! And Chris has no one to blame but himself (and possibly Elephant Man) if he ends up with fertitlity problems in the future! I’m just saying…

Oh, what a surprise! 50 Cent’s Curtis leaks! LOL. Curtis is the third studio album by 50 Cent set to release September 11th :coughGRADUATIONcough: The album features some amazing guest appearances from Robin Thicke, Eminem, Nicole Scherzinger and G-Unit’s own Young Buck. As for production, like Kanye, 50 also did some executive work on his LP; other producers include Dr. Dre, Eminem, and Timbaland. I will admit, listening to the clean version makes me want to buy the album even more, it was a couple tracks on it I liked. Dang, so that means I gotta save up for more than a DUB come 9/11?
