Lisa Raye partied it up last night at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Cali to celebrate her 40th birthday bash. Home girl looking BANGING! She doesn’t look 40 years old at all. Somebody else celebrated their birthday party last night. Lil’ Wayne doesn’t officially turn 28 until the 27th of this month, but that didn’t stop he and his friends from having a little get-together in Houston.
