Mary J. Blige fans can now pre-order her new album, appropriately entitled, Growing Pains before it hits stores December 18! Along with the pre-order of GP MJB fans will get the first single, “Just Fine” produced by ‘Tricky’ Stewart and Jazze Pha, instantly! If that’s not all on December 18 you can receive the Digital Booklet along with a bonus track entitled “Mirror” featuring Eve!
Check out a mash-up video (above) of “Just Fine” featuring “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough!” As I said before, being a MJ fan myself, that “Just Fine” reminded me a lot of that song (as did the video). God, there will never be another Michael Jackson.

The 2007 American Music Awards went down last night at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. The show was telecast live on CBS and featured performances from Fergie, Chris Brown, Beyonce (and Sugarland), Rihanna & Ne-Yo, and more. Winners included Justin Timberlake, T.I., Akon, Rihanna, and Beyonce, who won the most prestigious honor of the night! Beyonce took home the “International Star of the Year” award, an honor only previously given to Michael Jackson, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, and Rod Stewart. This makes her the first female to ever win that award, which was presented by Usher (who fumbled through 95% of it I might add lol — what’s on his mind??). If you’re interested in checking out the full list of winners, check out this site. In this post, you’ll find photos from the Red Carpet, The Performances, and Random Candids from throughout the show. CONTINUE READING
MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE » MAROON 5 » CHRIS BROWN » BRITNEY SPEARS
My Chemical Romance » “Mama” » LISTEN » (Full) » The song “Mama” is set to be My Chemical Romance’s fifth single from the 2006 album, The Black Parade. The video for this single, which was directed by the lead singer of the band, Gerard Way, is slated for release sometime later this year. Love MCR, can’t wait for this video, bet it’ll be highly interesting. That Liza Minnelli guest spot was unexpected.
Maroon 5 feat. Mary J. Blige » “Wake Up Call (Mark Ronson Remix)” » LISTEN » (Full) » You know what? I was shaky on this kind of collaboration, which is like apples and oranges here, but surprisingly, it’s digestible. I love M5 and MJB, so hearing the best of both worlds through my headphones, was ultra sweetness. And you know what, what? I feel this is just perfect, believe it or not. I feel like the tempo is just right and everything just flows so perfectly.
Chris Brown » “This Christmas” » LISTEN » (Full) » Here Chris Brown can be heard doing his own rendition of Hathaway’s “This Christmas” for the film of the same title. I thought I should just go ‘head and post this, since it’s the full quality, and I’m in a cheerful mood, I guess. I don’t know why, but it never really feels like Christmas to me for some reason, I do like this song, though.
Britney Spears » “Piece of Me” » LISTEN » (Full) » I wasn’t too zealous, at first, when I found out “Piece of Me” was going to be the second single when there were so many other great songs to choose from. But now I’ll admit it’s starting to grow on me, subsequently. Besides it’s time that she fight back, so yeah, I’m all for “Piece of Me” now!
Welp, I guess that beats Nicole Richie’s 82! Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to serve a day in jai after a judge’s order in August. The young actress had been charged with DUI and cocaine possession and was told that she must serve her term by January 2007. According to Los Angeles police, Lohan only spent about an hour and 24 minutes behind bars (84 minutes) and was “very cooperative.” She checked in to the Los Angeles County Women’s Detention Center in Lynwood this past Thursday at 10:30 AM, and was out by 11:54! Lol!! She didn’t even get to rock an orange jumpsuit, or use the bathroom for that matter. What’s the point of going to jail if you can’t experience taking a piss in front of folks you don’t know? Big waste of time if you ask me =)
As if a pending court case regarding 14 counts of child pornography weren’t enough, Mr. Robert Kelly has apparently “crossed the line” with his longtime publicist of 14 years. According to TMZ, Regina Daniels has clipped all ties with the “Double Up” star. Here’s the official statement Ms. Daniels released to the press Saturday:
I have prided myself on loyalty, respect and professionalism. It saddens me that I was not always shown those same courtesies during my 14-year tenure as Mr. Kelly’s publicist … There are some lines that should never be crossed professionally or personally. Mr. Kelly crossed a line that forever altered the scope of our relationship. For this reason I made the decision to resign.
I wonder what lines were crossed! You know how this gossip game is. We’ll find out soon enough. Just give it some time… The latest “rumor” is that he assaulted her. But I don’t fool with rumors like that, so until something official comes out, all we know is that he “crossed the line.”
Despite Kelly’s attempts at pushing his court date back further and further, proceedings for the child pornography case are due to kick off in Spring ‘08. But you know how it is. Something random is going to come up and Kellz and his team of goonz lawyers are going to pay convince the judge to once again … push it back. Pssh, don’t act like you don’t already know how this works!
“He said the word, ‘Mother’ and just couldn’t go any further,” Le Parisien journalist Meddy Magloire said. “A back-up singer, the DJ and a guitar player came over to console him. It looked like he might collapse. He just couldn’t continue. He just stood there in a spotlight, crying while the band continued playing.” After a few moments of stunned silence, Magloire says, the audience of 5,000 reacted by offering calls of encouragement, which grew into applause. The band restarted the song, but West left the stage, returning after 10-15 minutes to conclude the concert with a rousing performance of “Stronger.” “He was very nervous, seemed to have gathered himself up, and had a lot of energy,” Magloire says. “He kept shouting out to the audience, ‘I need you… I need you right now.’ and the public was screaming back. It was magic.”
Kanye’s scheduled to perform in Brussels tonight, and will head back to the U.S. for his mother’s funeral this Tuesday in Oklahoma City. He will then return to Europe for another show that is scheduled for Thursday. This dude just lost his mom and he’s still delivering for his fans. Now that’s what I call a TRUE entertainer. He’s a very strong individual. I just cannot imagine losing my mother so suddenly and still being able to “go on” this soon. Keep your head up, Kanye. On behalf of everyone involved with Think2wice (readers included) we all are rooting for you!

America Idol’s very own, Jordin Sparks, releases her eponymous debut effort next week Tuesday (November 20th) as well off of Jive records. The Idol’s album includes some crazy, stellar production from the likes of Stargate, with the first single â€Tattoo,†and The Underdogs.
My, my, my, despite critic’s frivolous claims towards Sparks’ efforts, this album isn’t half bad, for a debut, especially considering how young the Arizona-native actually is. I’m so, so proud of Sparks becos she has come a very long way, for the most part, she gets high praises from me.
Overall this album wasn’t anything I expected, but that doesn’t necessarily make it a bad thing, there was some wicked jams and unordinary downbeats. I don’t think fans, existing or potential, will be disappointed. Some of my favorites are “No Air,†“Freeze,†“Shy Boy,†and “Just For The Recordâ€.

OneRepublic make their amassing debut with Dreaming Out Loud, set to be released November 20th off of Interscope and Timbaland’s Mosley Music Group, if your feeling any of the following material from them you should go out and pick up your copy.
With the mutual success of “Apologize†I found it cumbersome to get into this album, but after I got over the fact, it wasn’t so bad. In culmination with aesthetic arrangements this album had incredible rock ability I’d say. Production for this particular project include Ryan Tedder, Timbaland and Greg Wells on the group’s first official single lifted entitled “Mercyâ€.
Overall, for a debut, Dreaming Out Loud wasn’t so bad in my opinion. I think OneRepublic hit all the pro marks, respectively, for this album. An album I would definitely recommend for a solid buy. My favorite tracks, in no particular order, are “Apologize,†“Stop and Stare,†“Someone To Save You,†“Tyrant,†and “Won’t Stopâ€.

Here is the world premiere video of Gwen Stefani’s “Early Winter” from the album Sweet Escape. It’s very artsy and real vibrant. This was one of my favorites from the album too.
