Album Review: Danity Kane - Welcome To The Dollhouse

Diddy’s Angel’s have returned to bring us another hawt-ass album, Welcome To The Dollhouse (Bad Boy/Atlantic), in stores March 18th 2008! Productions for this album will include, A to Z, Bryan Michael-Cox, Danja (and the Clutch), Runners - everybody! And appearances from Day26, Diddy, Missy Elliott and Rick Ross!

Welcome To The Dollhouse, in my opinion, is like a musical platter full of influences from 80’s/90’s pop and R&B to hip-hop and modern day dance tunes that fit into today’s genre. My favourite songs off the album are Bad Girl, Secret Place, Lights Out and Is Anybody Listening.

I can’t wait to get this album!!! So sick! I think it’s better than their first too. Now the only thing is that i hope they get videos out for the right songs.

i loveeeeee these chicks! i really do feel that they have grown as artists and i hope the album sells like hotcakes on a Sunday morning! Thank God they fought to have better production, cuz if they didnt, they would have hits like this! First album=blah, Second album=DOPENESS!

I have been listening to this album for the past straight week and its FIRE start to finish! Production is off the chain and the vocals/lyrics and melodies and rediculous! One of THE hottest albums of 2008..they raised the game with this one.

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED DK’s first album…it was really good but Diddy did not handle it right because he was so busy trying to promote his Press Play album and we all know how that went for him, lol… Even Aubrey called him and Conrad out for “dropping the ball” on their first album.
These girls can sing, dance and have the looks! I love D.Woods because has a lot of range and can make her voice sound differently on different songs. Sometimes she sounds like Audrena (high) and sometime she sounds like Dawn (low)…Love it…I also love Dawn, Shannon (glad she’s getting some shine), Audrena and Aubrey…Dawn and Shannon and Aubrey are killer dancers!!! They all are!
My favorite songs are “poetry”, “damaged”, “2 of you”—this really grew on me, “secret place” and “is anybody listening”. A song or two sounds too pop for me on their album but overall its that joint! Go DK!!! I haven’t been this excited about a group in a long time…My album is on the way…I pre-ordered it on Amazon for like $9.99 (no promo). I got the email today that its on the way…I can’t wait!

i bought my copy on the 17th and it hasnt left my car!! it is the shyt my favorite tracks are sriptease the vocals on that are crazy…dawn! omg!!! lights out, secret place/esctasy, poetry and is anybody listening…the whole album is fire tho def. worth ya money so if u aint got it u gotta go get it
