But when the woman is successful and is making more than a comfortable living for herself…

That is where the judge should step in and say, “No way.”

Some women ALWAYS talk about how independent they are.

How successful they are.

How they do not need a man to take care of them.

The next time Kimor(e money)a brings up anything remotely close to being “I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T (do you know what THAT means Kimora?)” she should be slapped.

I disagree, for one baby phat and phat farm ain’t been doing as well as things may seem on her tv show. She’s old, she’s not really old but nobody is going to hire her as a model anymore. If he’s playing daddy to his new young chick paying her bills(which he has been), why shouldn’t he pay child support. I’m sure Kimora will do the right thing with the money like put it in a savings account or something for the kids college fund, because they will most likely not be eligible for gov. financial aid. If you really think about it compared to how much he’s making that money is really nothing. So, yes the judge will most likely grant her 40K a month until which ever is the oldest is 18 and then 20K till the till the youngest is 18. Had she not asked for it a judge would have most likely made him pay it anyway. There is a whole system set up on how much of a man or woman’s income should go to child support. I just hope she will use the money as it is intended.

No, just because he’s making alot of money doesn’t mean he should pay to support her lifestyle.
No kid takes 20k to raise a month. It’s called child support not ex-wife support.

I was just telling my mom that and she’s like “blah blah blah they’re his kids he needs to pay” I’m like it’s child support I’m sure he’s there to help with the kids it’s not like he said “forget you and the kids imma do me.” He’s actually present and besides that she doesn’t need the money. Money hungry hoe.
