This video was leaked a while ago in a very crude video. I don’t understand why he waited so long to give us the high quality version since most of the nets have seen it already.

The video was a part of Takashi Murakami’s exhibit at MOCA. Now that the exhibit has ended I guess they are releasing it now. It was directed by Murakami. I saw it at the exhibit last year.
