JAMIE FOXX TO PORTRAY MIKE TYSON IN NEW MOVIE » Former heavyweight boxing champ Mike Tyson has chosen actor/comedian Jamie Foxx to portray him in a new movie based on the former boxer’s life story.
“Jamie Foxx and I will be working together,” Tyson told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “He will play me in the film about my life. We already talked about it several times.”
Tyson, who has struggled with drug and alcohol abuse in the past, claims his biopic will serve as a warning to the youth.
“Even when I was training for a fight, there were no drugs, but I would drink,” he said. “I had never been clean and sober my whole life. This is the first time. I’m tired of losing. I lost the trust of my family, my five kids. I didn’t like that way of life and decided to change. I saw the devil and didn”t want that.”
If writing for this biopic actually happens, the movie won’t begin filming until 2009 or 2010. CONTINUE READING
I knew you had an idea this was coming … another VH1 reality show! I Love New York 2 just wrapped, Flavor of Love 3 premieres in February, and Rock of Love 2 premiered this week. So that leaves another popular VH1 show sitting in limbo, and that’s Charm School! Season 2 of the show, which will begin recording next month in Los Angeles, will feature 15 of the most unfit, rowdy, and crazy contestants from the 1st 2 seasons of the #1 rated VH1 show, “I Love New York” which is a spin off of “Flavor of Love”. The rumored (but unconfirmed) host of this show is said to be Jamie Foxx. In a total of 11 edited episodes, Jamie will attempt to turn these wild “New York” boys into positive strong gentlemen. The overall winner will receive a $50,000 grand prize, much like season one’s winner, Saaphyri.
The show is set to tape in the same Charm School mansion (and the same damn mansion they use for Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, AND I Love New York) as 1st season. Confirmed contestants include Mr. Boston, Chance, Heat, Buddah, Wolf, Midget Mac, Tango, Trendz, and Mr. Wise. Charm School 2: From Gs to Gents (The NY Boys) is set to start airing in June. Will you be watching?
Jamie Foxx decided to go commando (no homo) at his live Sirius radio show broadcast (The Foxxhole Radio Show) from Miami. He celebrated his 40th birthday in the MIA this weekend, and this live radio show was a part of the celebration. I’m just glad homie finally let the hair go and shaved his head bald, cause we all know how effed up that hairline of his is!
First the effed up hairline, now this! Here Jamie Foxx can be seen rocking a “clip-on” diamond earring. I didn’t even know they made clip-on studs! WTF?! Is it that serious? I mean really, getting your ears pierced doesn’t hurt that bad. Stop being a little bitch and let somebody put a hole in your ‘lobes if you REALLY want to rock studs. ‘Cause this is not poppin … at all.
