“They’re classic [pieces],” Janet said. “There are some things that have a vintage feel to them.”

According to Variety Magazine, Janet Jackson is producing a reality dance competition for MTV that has been casted as of now. The show will be casted up until the launch of Janet’s “Rock Witchu” Tour which begins September 10th. One of the executive producers, Dave Broome, spoke on the concept of the show and said:
“It’s really about finding who’s the next Janet Jackson or Justin Timberlake or Usher,” said exec producer Broome “And we’ll find it from a pool of people who you wouldn’t typically find it from. We’ll go to YMCAs, church groups, local community centers and try to cast the show.”

Janet Jackson recently talked her new book, “Me”, that’ll be in stores in November at a press conference and her new “Rock Withchu” Tour. Someone asked Janet about the next single. Janet responded:
“That’s pretty difficult to say, only because of the record label at this point. We started off with “Feedback” and the label and myself haven’t quite seen eye to eye since the “Feedback” single so they’ve kind of basically stopped all promotion. I’m trying to figure out a way to say this, but just to say it and to be quite honest, they just stopped all promotion whatsoever on the album so I don’t think you’re going to hear another single off this album.”

There another remix to Plies‘ single, “Bust It Baby” and this time it features the one and only Janet Jackson. She definitely adds her own flavor to the track and I loved the song before, but now I love it even more! Janet Jackson appeared on Ellen today to confirm her latest tour titled, “Rock Witchu Tour”. The first show will be in September. Janet also performed on Ellen this afternoon. She performed “Rhythm Nation” and a track from her latest album Discipline (Island) which is also the second single, “Luv”.
