MTV is preparing for the 16th season of their hit show, Cribs, where they let us into the homes of our favorite celebrities. Omarion is the latest male celebrity to go from rocking braids to rocking a short haircut. The former B2K member was recently spotted with his new ‘do at Ghana’s “State Of The Republic” concert last weekend. I spoke with R&B singer Lloyd last week, and we were talking about how a lot of these guys are cutting their hair off. So I asked him if he had any plans to follow suit, and his response was:
“Nah man, they cut theirs off because they can’t rock it like I rock mine!”

Rumored couple Ne-Yo and Nicole Scherzinger failed miserably at trying to “sneak by” the paps as they left the Ivy after lunch yesterday (May 6th) in LA. They left so fast, Ne-Yo was still chewing on some food! Ne-Yo, what did ya eat? Was it good? Dang, swallow already! Lol

Apparently, Omarion was dropped from Columbia Records according to AOL Black Voices. In February 2005, Omarion released his first solo album, “O”, then in October 2006, he released his sophomore album “21″. Both albums went Gold only. Then in December 2007, Omarion and Bow Wow, released their collaborative album, “Face Off”, which only sold 347,137 since the release date (SoundScan). Bowmarion, as we like to call them, received the 2007 “Cutest Couple” award because they deserve it and you damn well know it. For the past year or two, these two have been inseparable. From parties to award shows, to television appearances and random interviews, you just can’t get these two Butt Pirates [1] apart! Recently, the couple have released a joint-album together - “Face Off” - and are currently on tour with Chris Brown in the “Up Close and Personal” tour. To see a public display of Bow Wow’s love and affection for his other half, peep this youtube video of the little guy taking up for his man. Love is such a beautiful thing.

Former B2K frontman Omarion is denying allegations by Raz-B and Ricky Romance that the group’s former manager, Chris Stokes, molested them. Here’s the official statement:
I want to be on the record as saying that ‘Raz B’ Thorton and Ricardo Thorton are lying regarding Chris Stokes. Chris is a father figure to myself, and many others in the industry. He’s guided us, helped raise us and is nothing more than an inspiration and someone I respect and look up to. I have spent countless hours, days, weeks and months with the man since the age of 5 and have never once seen him behave inappropriately
He’s married to my aunt and I know this man very well. I stand behind him with no question whatsoever. I have grown up around Chris and this is crazy to me. These people have damaged me and my reputation, and I won’t stand silent and will do all within my means to speak the truth about this matter.
Here’s the uh … “Part 2″ to the couple’s previous video, “Boyfriend” “Girlfriend.” Their flop of an album has sold just over 100,000 units since it’s December 11th release. Anyhow, in regards to the video … can you say “WACK” ?

Bow Wow and his other half hit up 106 and Park today to deliver a performance of their new song together “Girlfriend” and to promote their joint-album “Face Off,” which hit stores today. The album is currently in competition with Mario’s “Go!” and The Dream’s “Love (Me All Winter) / Hate (Me All Summer). I just hope O didn’t think he was fly with that damn scarf and rocking the “crooked preacha” look! Doesn’t he look like one of those preachers who have about 20 offerings in one service?
Anyhow, my baby Gabrielle Union was there as well to promote her new movie, “The Perfect Holiday,” which will be released tomorrow, December 12th! Gabby’s co-stars in the movie include Queen Latifah, Terrence Howard, Katt Williams, Faizon Love, Morris Chestnut (who also appeared with Gabby), and more.

Blige // Growing Pains » Growing Pains (Geffen) is the name of MJB’s new studio album which hits stores December 18 and includes the hit single “Just Fine” produced by The-Dream and Tricky Stewart. The album starts off as this big celebration with the first single “Just Fine” that kind of gave me this Jackson vibe, I still think she shoulda got them on the remix or something, that’s a hot joint right there! Anyway GP continues to mid tempo and then to some real nice downbeat, classic ol’ school joints to say it best, that’s what it sounded like to me. Guest appearances for this LP includes Ne-Yo, Ludacris, and you know Mary had to get Usher on this project — he ripped that shed! Yes you should go get this album, the arrangements and production are pretty solid and Mary delivers as always! Two thumbs up! My favorites are “Roses,” “What Love Is” and “Come To Me (Peace).” AND “WORK THAT!” <3.
